We were lucky enough to find a small amount of bouncy, luxurious apple leather and have made just THREE ruffly, peplum-style belts from this material. Vegan leathers are usually petroleum products like polyurethane. This vegan apple leather uses much less PU and substitutes plant material instead, made from apple skins and seeds.
